Program Details: Graduate Management Development Scheme 2023 - Supply Chain
This program is tailored for qualified Nigerian graduates from science-related disciplines who aspire to establish a rewarding career in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment. It offers a 12-month fully residential training program, combining formal training and hands-on experience. Upon completion, successful candidates will be appointed as Shift Managers in areas such as Brewing, Packaging, Logistics, or Automation Engineering, depending on their relevant disciplines, at one of our brewery locations nationwide.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of Second Class (Upper Division) in any Science or Engineering discipline. Eligible degrees include Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Mechanical or Agricultural Engineering, Production Engineering, and Electrical/Electronics.
- General Requirements for all Jobs:
- Minimum of Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE, including Mathematics, English, and three other relevant subjects.
- Completion of NYSC not earlier than January 2019.
- Maximum of two years' work experience.
- Geographical mobility within and outside Nigeria.
- Digital agility.
