About the Programme:
MTN's Global Graduate Development Programme is your ticket to fast-tracking your career across Africa and the Middle East. This unique experience combines formal development at the MTN Academy with on-the-job training, propelling top graduates into key roles at MTN. Modules are conducted at MTN's regional learning centers in Southern, Northern, and Western Africa, providing immersive experiences through various channels, including social media platforms.
Requirements:
- Age: Below 27
- Work Rights: Qualification or study program requirements (65%)
- Bachelor’s Degree by March 30, 2024
- Full-time work commitment: 25 months
- Experience in one of the 8 specified disciplines
