About SEforALL SEforALL
is an international organization committed to advancing Sustainable Development Goal 7 (SDG7) and the Paris Agreement. They collaborate with government leaders, the private sector, and civil society to accelerate progress towards universal access to sustainable energy by 2030 and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Program Details In collaboration with EM-One Energy Solutions, SEforALL is recruiting recent women graduates for a traineeship program in Sierra Leone. This hands-on technical training focuses on solar energy, specifically under the FCDO-funded health electrification project. Trainees will delve into various aspects, including:
•Energy Efficiency and Conservation
• PV Systems, Standalone and Off-Grid systems
•Integrated Systems
•Battery Sizing
• Inverter and Charge Controller sizing
•Solar panel installations
•Using simulation software for PV system design
• Assessing site economic viability
•Installing, integrating, and commissioning solar systems
•Remote monitoring and system maintenance
Requirements To be eligible, applicants must:
•Be 18-35 years old
•Be recent female graduates with bachelor's or master's degrees in STEM fields
•Have 1-3 years of professional experience in energy, engineering, or related fields
•Demonstrate completion of technical education or relevant courses
•Have the right to work in Sierra Leone Desired Qualities Ideal candidates should: •Be highly professional and punctual
•Be willing to learn and apply new skills
•Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills
•Be available for the entire duration of the training program
